Extremely bright Solarc ™10W HID light (equivalent to 40W Halogen)
which mounts directly onto the front plate of the new Hope Stem.This
rigid mounting allows you to set the light exactly where you want it and
it ’ll stay there,until you decide to reposition it.
The small Li-Ion battery pack also mounts underneath the stem front
plate with a short wire between the two.So no more bags hanging from
your frame or velcro straps.This battery has built-in charge,discharge
and short circuit protection.The connectors are fully sealed and totally
waterproof (IP67).The light has a simple on/off push switch on the
back.
In tests the battery will last for a minimum of 2.5hrs.Also the clip
system holding the battery allows for quick changes to a spare battery
on longer rides.
An intelligent mains charger is also included with the system.
All housings are CNC machined from solid aluminium billet and feature
excellent waterproof sealing.
Use -When it goes dark.
