This bike was impressive. It was very supple through the bumps and climbing was very impressive. Geometry was just about perfect.

I was able to ride most of the 29'ers at dirt demo and the RIP 9 was my favorite. As soon as I hit the trail the bike handled very intuitively. I thought the geometry was spot on; light and nimble, not twitchy though. The suspension moved from pedaling platform to active without detection. The drive train was smooth and unaffected by suspension activity. Super fun bike and the folks at Niner are very nice too.
